Career at wissner-bosserhoff - Our colleagues

I have now been with wissner-bosserhoff for five years. I started in 2017 as a dual student. After completing my associated training as an industrial clerk, I worked for a while in internal sales. Since 2021, I have also finished my bachelor’s degree and then changed departments once again. Now I am responsible for the support of large projects in the After Sales Service. In addition, I have taken over the price calculation and price maintenance of service items and create specific spare parts price lists for various tenders. Being able to work in a team and enjoying organizing are super important.

Almost all of my family works in healthcare. They fly in rescue helicopters and care for patients in intensive care units – and they talk about virtually nothing else. Because of them, I know how important our products really are and that’s why I feel very connected to them.

Of course, there are always better and worse days. But I enjoy starting the day anew every morning and feel very comfortable in my team. That is the main thing for me. We have a great team spirit here. Honest and open communication between colleagues and superiors is very important to me.

Flexible working hours are also important to me. Since I’m always on the road a lot in my free time, I benefit enormously from our flexitime arrangement and the 35-hour week. After work, I like to go out riding with my dog and my horse. I do this almost every day, even in bad weather, because it relaxes me and I can reflect on the day in peace. When I’m not at the stables, I’m probably at dog school. My dog and I regularly train dog dancing and agility here and I come up with activity ideas and games for other classes. Besides my animals, I love music and traveling.

My goals in life? I want to be ambitious and brave while never losing sight of what is important. I want to try to always keep a little „spot of peace“ in this fast-paced world.
