I have been working as part of the wissner bosserhoff team for 4 and a half years now. My role is to manage the UK team that presents and delivers wibo solutions to the UK long term care sector, mainly in care homes and nursing homes. It gives me great pleasure delivering such positive outcomes for our customers, and myself and the rest of my team all pride ourselves on a world class customer service and experience.
I work with a fantastic group of people in the UK but also from around the world. It is great to share experiences from other cultures and environments globally. Our group as an organisation is very forward thinking, but also uses it’s long history of over 7 decades to develop the best possible products to deliver the best possible outcomes for residents/patients/staff and organisations. We are an international company with a family feel, a great place to work!!!
This year I am most looking forward to normality post covid and take nothing for granted anymore! As we have started returning to the ’new normal‘ it is great to be welcomed back into our customers facilities to discuss their needs and again provide our solutions.
In my freetime I coach my young boy’s under 9 football team which is a great way of bonding with him (most of the time – he doesn’t like being substituted) I love most sports, from a chair and occasionally have a walk!
