Professionally, I have already been able to gather a lot of different experiences: I am a trained beautician, have also completed training as an automotive saleswoman and have already worked as an office and branch manager in the tire trade. After my parental leave, I was a personnel planner and then started at wissner-bosserhoff in 2018 in financial accounting. After that, I was able to switch once again to aftersales service.
At our summer party, I directly had the opportunity to get to know many colleagues better, also from other departments. Unfortunately, Corona then got in the way, which is why such events had to be cancelled, of course. But I’m already looking forward to the next party!
In my job in Aftersales, I am in close contact with our German customers. I support them in the procurement of spare parts and deal with complaints. Of course, it’s very important to like dealing with customers. In addition, a good technical understanding is definitely helpful.
I think our flextime system is great because it allows us to work much more flexibly. And I’m really happy to take advantage of the bike leasing that we’re offered here. What’s really important to me is a secure workplace, respectful interaction and the opportunity to take on my own projects.
In my free time, I’m mainly creative and sporty. I love sewing clothes and playing tennis. The latter also with my whole family. My husband, our two children and I all share the same hobby. It’s always nice and super fun to go to the tennis court with the family. But we also like to go on trips or just enjoy our time together in the garden with our cats and rabbits. My family is my favorite thing in the world.
