I have now been with wissner-bosserhoff for over nine years. I started as a dual student. As part of my training, I was able to take a look at all the departments before working in marketing and product management for a few years. About a year and a half ago, I moved internally to data management, and last October I was promoted to project manager for data management. Since you have to rely on exchanges with colleagues from all departments here, I always have a good overview of what’s going on in the company. However, a good understanding of processes and organizational skills are really important in this job.
I really appreciate the fact that our team is so young and that we have an open way of dealing with each other. The flexible working hours that wissner-bosserhoff offers us with our flextime system are definitely another big plus for me.
In my free time, I like to do sports: table tennis, gym, bouldering, … The main thing is sports and variety. Especially solving „problems“ on the climbing wall with others is fun for me. So, it may be with pleasure sometimes challenging! I have also been running a youth retreat for several years with 40 kids and 15 volunteer counselors. Every year we spend 12 exciting days, mostly without electricity and only with cold running water. It’s a nice contrast to everyday life.
I grew up in Werl-Büderich and still live in Werl. The advantage of living in the country is simply that you can be in the field with your dog or longboard within five minutes. My goal in life is simple: I always want to keep my positive attitude!
